FSI has first-hand experience aiding clients in the development and implementation of more effective property management programs. The many aspects of property management (e.g., tenant leases, space management, building maintenance--both on demand and preventative, operation costs, and budgets) can be integrated into computer-aided facility management programs to simplify and improve the facility management process. Property owners or managers can better address facility and tenant requirements more effectively with timely access to accurate, integrated information. FSI can work with property management organizations to analyze, develop, and implement an in-house program, or we can work as an outsource contractor providing property management support services to organizations who prefer not to develop, train, and supervise and inhouse group.
