- Between 1994 and 1997, a position as Corporate Facility Manager
carried responsibilities for corporate-level programs related to

- equipment and supplies agreements for twenty-six office
locations across the United States;
- implementation a CAFM property and lease management program that
resulted in saving the corporation $1.5 million a year;
- developing innovative vendor support agreements to improve service and save
money;
- planning and managed the acquisition or relocation of office
locations, including relocating the corporate headquarters twice; and
- supervising cost distributions and lease payments in excess
of $1.6 million per month.
- Ebasco Services Incorporated, Knoxville, Tennessee
- As a Facility Manager during 1987 through 1994, responsibilities
for day-to-day operations of office facility supporting 250 engineers
were numerous. Duties included
- support for space planning,
- telecommunications,
- security,
- equipment and supplies,
- purchasing, and
- accounts payable.
- Ebasco Services Incorporated,
New Orleans, Louisianna
- As an Associate Engineer between 1981 and
1987, assisted electrical engineers with design and design
modifications related to the construction of the Waterford 3
Nuclear Power Plant near Taft, Louisianna. Responsible for
determining cable termination information from design documents
(blueprints) and providing instructions to electrical craft for
actual termination.
